For the fourth year in a row, Arla® Pro designates the taste of the year. The winner in 2022 was fluffy. Aromatic, creamy, caramelized, fermented, fluffy, and smoked are terms that are trending in the industry right now. Arla® Pro discovered this when working together with taste researcher Johan Swahn to produce the taste of the year. Together with Nordic Morning, we helped Arla® Pro to inspire and provide more knowledge about fluffy and give the viewer the feeling of being a part of the food journey mixed with appetizing close-up imagery.
