We got commissioned to art direct and shape the brand of Sophies Canelé. Named after a pastry from Bordeaux, canelé. It made us think of classic French pastry, glamorous, fabulous, charming, fun, flirty, and elegant. Gold and white Louis XV French style with a touch of that clean Scandinavian aesthetics. The canelés was a big hit and only a few years later Sophies Canelé cafe opened. We also helped Sophie develop a website, packaging, and more.
